Permanent Adhesives
S246 - A general purpose rubber based hot melt adhesive
featuring high initial tack and ultimate bond strength. Excellent adhesive to corrugated,
packaging films, glass, metal & plastic.
Minimum application temperature: above +4Oº F.
Service temperature: -65º F to +160º F.
Available on high gloss face stock.
B82 - Rubber based hot melt permanent adhesive with
good cold temperature characteristics and high ultimate adhesive.
Application temperature: 40º F to 130º F. Service temperature: -50º F to 150º F.
Available on high gloss, matte litho and laminated foil face stocks.
AT1 - An acrylic-based multi-purpose adhesive used for
a wide variety of applications under both room and cold temperature conditions. This
adhesive may also be need for repositionable purposes depending on the substrate and the
length of time needed for repositionability.
Minimum application temperature: -10ºF. Service Range: -65ºF to +200ºF.
Available on high gloss face stock.
643DP - Tackified acrylic permanent adhesive
specifically formulated for high speed EDP applications.
Application temperature: 35º F to
150º F. Service temperature: -65º F to 200º F.
Available on smudge proof EDP face stock.
640AT - All temperature acrylic permanent adhesive
formulated to perform in both cold and elevated temperature ranges.
Application temperature: -10º F to 150º F. Service temperature: -65º F to 200º F.
Available on laminated foil face stock
P1212 - Acrylic emulsion general purpose permanent
adhesive.
Application temperature 40º F to 120º F. Service temperature: -20º F to 140º F.
Available on mylar face stacks, clear, white and silver.
Freezer Adhesives
AT330 - Acrylic emulsion freezer grade permanent
adhesive showing high initial tack and high ultimate adhesive with excellent permanency at
room temperature. Application temperature: -20º F minimum. Service temperature: -65º F
to 140ºF. Available on high gloss face stock.
Removable Adhesives
B92 - Removable with high initial tack and little or no
build up of adhesive to substrate. Not generally removable from glass.
Application temperature: 40º F to 160º F Service temperature: -40º F to 200º F.
Available on high gloss and matte litho face stock.
